Cold Lamination Film for Digital Printing Media is a kind of film used to cover the surfaces of digital printing media to prevent it from fading and damaging. Cold lamination film can increase the texture of the picture and protect it, making it scratch-resistant and water-resistant. However, the photo image cannot be made highly anti-corrosive and resistant to ultraviolet erosion. Ultraviolet rays will penetrate the cold lamination film and cause the picture to fade. Moreover, the cold lamination film will also become brittle over time.It can be widely used in wedding photos, oil painting production, calligraphy and painting, outdoor posters, advertisements, various pictures, documents, materials, etc. It can also be used in larger advertisements, architectural decoration renderings, background decoration, etc. The use of cold-mounted film peritoneal protection effect is better. The film is very high in clarity so it enhances the color and sturdiness of the digital media and has superior bonding. It has excellent resistance to environments with high humidity, chemicals and intense UV radiation.The lamination film is wrinkle free, curing free, and very flexible. The film is made of PVC material so it does not get soiled easily, lasts long, is easy to apply, and is easy to clean with water or alcohol.
At present, the most commonly used cold lamination films in advertising are glossy film and matte film.
Film thickness ranges from 50 to 80 microns or as per customer requirement.
